Executive Coaching involves coaching a person to achieve his full potential. In the programme, we meet the individual for problem / limitations analysis and goal definition. A customised plan of action is designed and implemented. Usually 13 telephonic sessions over 3 months are conducted for the individual. The individual has the freedom to contact us over the telephone at any point too.
At the end of Executive Coaching, with his enhanced capability and effectiveness, the changed individual becomes an invaluable asset to his organisation.

In general, the coaching duration is 3 months. It takes a person an average of
60 to 90 days to change a habit and be comfortable with a new habit.
Post these 3 months of coaching, a joint meeting is conducted once a month with the coach, the coached individual and his senior. This facilitates a higher level of commitment by all parties concerned and periodic review of progress and timely correction if necessary.
